Shira Gould, BA is our Administrative Coordinator of Special Projects. In this role, she helps plan our Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) trainings and our Selective Mutism (SM) programs, including our Mighty Mouth Kids Camp (MMK). In addition to serving as our SM program manager and our program coordinator for PCIT Training, she also serves as the Administrative Assistant for PCIT International’s Continuing Education Task Force.
Shira graduated Cum Laude from Franklin & Marshall College as a Psychology major with departmental honors. She discovered her passion for Developmental Psychology in F&M’s Development and Experience Center (DAX), where she was involved in research projects examining various areas of social development in children. She was also awarded the Brookshire Memorial Prize for her Independent Study. She is looking forward to pursuing graduate studies in Clinical, Developmental, or Moral Psychology.
In her free time, Shira enjoys knitting, spending time outside, and spoiling her two dogs: Tandy and Peekay.
